Billionaire rapper Ye, also known as Kanye West, has addressed accusations made by his former executive assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who claims he sexually harassed her.
Pisciotta, 35, alleges that Ye masturbated during phone calls with her and failed to pay a $3 million severance package after abruptly firing her one month after she was promoted to chief of staff for his companies.
Pisciotta, who previously collaborated with West on his Yeezy women’s fashion line and contributed to three tracks on his *Donda* album, claims she was making $1 million annually from social media, including OnlyFans. The lawsuit claims that in 2022, West offered her $1 million to delete her OnlyFans account, saying he wanted her to be “God-like.”
The lawsuit also details an incident during an overnight flight to Paris. Pisciotta alleges that West insisted on speaking with her privately, then locked them in his room on the plane. She claims he laid on his bed and masturbated under the covers until he fell asleep.
Ye’s attorney responded to the allegations in a statement to Complex, claiming that Pisciotta pursued him sexually to gain employment and benefits, and later resorted to blackmail when her advances were rejected. The statement accuses Pisciotta of stealing West’s cell phone to destroy records contradicting her claims, all of which have been preserved.
According to Ye’s attorney, Pisciotta was terminated for being “unqualified,” making unreasonable financial demands, and exhibiting “numerous documented incidents of lascivious, unhinged conduct.” The statement describes her behavior as inconsistent with someone who claims to have been sexually harassed or faced a hostile work environment.
The statement further alleges that Pisciotta sought material gains and clout through inappropriate means, demanding items such as Hermes Birkin bags, a Lamborghini, and plastic surgery.
