Justin Timberlake was arrested on Monday night by local police in Sag Harbor, New York, for allegedly driving while intoxicated, according to reports by ABC News and CNN.
The arrest took place in East Hampton. Timberlake is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

This incident occurs just days before his planned concerts at Chicago’s United Center this weekend and at Madison Square Garden in New York City on June 25-26.
